This rare single-cask edition of only 515 bottles is produced in an exclusive collaboration between Highland Park Distillery and The Single Malt Shop.
Distilled in 2002, it was matured in a refill butt and bottled in 2021 at 57.4% ABV.

Nose: Begins with the luxurious scent of orchard fruits and charred heather. The palate is then dominated by honeyed sweetness, leading to a bold burst of chocolate and roasted almonds. Utterly indulgent.

Taste: This is undeniably a rich, full-bodied dram. It delivers a dry sensation on the tongue, with prominent notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and spice. The toasted oak emerges powerfully, yet the chocolate flavors remain distinct and vibrant.

Finish: The finish is long and rich, with sweetness seamlessly taking over from the initial dryness. Smoky, floral peat flavors come to the forefront, leaving a delightful taste that lingers on the palate.
