When Sexy Fish, the Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant, opened its doors on London’s Berkeley Square in Mayfair ten years ago, it did so with a plan to impress. A decade later, this glitzy Asian bar and restaurant has conquered Manchester, Miami and Dubai too.

The London base remains the mothership, however, and retains the sheen of glamour you’d expect. It’s said to have the world’s largest Japanese whisky menu. If you get to peruse its contents in the Sexy Fish private dining space, The Coral Room, you’ll do so alongside two of the largest live coral reef tanks in the world. It’s that kind of place.
