Dear all,

As I’m sure you understand, Black Week is the busiest time of the year for us. While we've brought on extra hands in our warehouse and prepared for the increased volume, we are still a small business — but this week’s incredible response has been extraordinary. The team are working hard with extended hours to get your packages out of the door. This mail is simply to ask you to understand that, while we are very proud of our service levels, we are not Amazon! 🙂 

All we ask is a little extra patience at this time of year, both with our delivery timelines and any requests to our customer service team, who are, as you can imagine, busier than usual. We are confident that we will be back to normal levels of service by the end of next week, ie after the big Black Friday weekend.
