2) NEW: Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí
From our most popular tequila brand comes their third mezcal release — made with green agave native to the deserts of San Luis Potosí. The vibrant bottle colour is said to be inspired by the red finches found in the region.

What makes this one special? The agave is steam-cooked in stone ovens (not cooked underground), so you get a mezcal that’s smooth, bright and herbal rather than heavily smoky.
