Two Stacks is a young, ambitious independent whiskey bonder from Co Down in the north of Ireland, producing modern and refreshing takes on Irish whiskey. This single pot still release is one of its leading lights, using a mashbill of malted and unmalted barley to produce a surprisingly spicy and flavour-packed pour. 

Matured in ex-bourbon, this smooth northern Irish whiskey was finished in American rye casks, enhancing the layers of black pepper, oak and spice that underpin its flavour.  Bottled at 43%.
