The eldest of a trio of superb blended malts from the people behind Glenallachie, this is a softly-peated marriage of single malt from Islay and Speyside. Taking the very best of these two world-leading Scottish whisky regions, a whole new taste experience has been created by master distiller Billy Walker.

Its siblings are 10- and 12-year-olds respectively, but this 21-year-old is the unrivalled master of the pack. Bottled at 46%, the whisky in this release has been matured in former sherry, virgin oak and red wine casks.

This creates a deeply layered and complex taste that delivers dark chocolate, vanilla and baked fruit notes over a seam of rich peat and oak spice. A superior blend of the best of Scotland.
